Whilst the majority of tour operators are tied to their own committed seats and accommodation, we are not constricted by such limitations and are free to arrange holidays that you want and not what we want to sell. Like all our other holidays, our tailor-made arrangements include all travel, transfers and accommodation so you have complete peace of mind. Just put pen to paper, telephone, fax or e-mail us with your requirements and we will telephone, post, fax or e-mail you as requested as soon as we can with a detailed itinerary and quotation.
To assist you in making your selection, we will need to know the date and airport you wish to depart from, the number of passengers and the number of nights in each accommodation. Just as Penzance and Aberdeen would be difficult to combine, some islands lend themselves better to tailor-made arrangements than others. However, there is no minimum or maximum number of islands that can be combined. You could opt for a simple two centre holiday or visit a fistful. As a guide, the following groupings were possible in 2007:
Group One – Mykonos, Tinos, Syros, Paros, Antiparos, Naxos, Santorini.
Group Two – Santorini, Anafi, Folegandros, Sikinos.
Group Three – Naxos, Amorgos, Donoussa, Koufonissia, Iraklia, Schinoussa.
Group Four – Serifos, Sifnos, Milos, Kimolos.
Group Five – Halkidiki, Lemnos, Lesvos, Chios, Samos, Rhodes.
Group Six – Samos, Patmos, Ikaria, Fourni.
Group Seven – Karpathos, Kassos, Crete (Sitia), Rhodes.
Group Eight – Rhodes, Symi.
Group Nine – Rhodes, Patmos.
Group Ten – Rhodes, Astypalea.
Group Eleven – Rhodes, Kastelorizo.
Group Twelve – Halkidiki, Skyros.
Group Thirteen – Halkidiki, Crete.
Group Fourteen – Halkidiki, Mykonos.
So that we can provide you with a detailed and accurate itinerary and quotation, we will require the following information which you can convey to us by telephone, email or fax. We prefer you contact us by telephone as we can then assist you in fine tuning your choices.
1. How many of you will be travelling. Please give ages of any children.
2. The earliest date you can travel out and the latest date you can return.
3. Your minimum & maximum budget per person.
4. From which airport(s) can you travel. Please refer to our travel arrangements insert for the various options.
5. How many nights would you like to spend in each location.
6. Name the accommodation and type of room for each location.
7. Pre-requisites which are absolutely 100% essential, ie. no night flights.
8. Your preferred method (telephone, email or fax) we contact you with the itinerary and quotation.
